Refund Policy

Eligibility

MACAAL is a digital software product. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that the license has not been activated on a device.

Activated Licenses

Once a license has been activated and bound to a device, the license is considered used and is not eligible for a refund. This is because:

• License activation is a one-time, irreversible process that binds the software to a specific device
• The full functionality of the software is delivered immediately upon activation

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at macaal.media@gmail.com with:

• Your order number or license key
• The email address used for purchase
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for:

• Technical issues that prevent the software from functioning on a supported device
• Duplicate purchases

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Approved refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
